Details regarding June meeting attendance:
1. WMTA will compensate your travel (mileage) according to the guidelines and limitations set forth by the Executive Committee. Attendees must submit an official WMTA expense voucher within two weeks in order to receive reimbursement.
2. WMTA may provide lunch for attendees. There may be a fee for this lunch.
If neither the local association president nor the president-elect can attend, a proxy should be chosen who represents the next available local association officer in the line of succession and the WMTA Central Office should be informed of who the proxy is as soon as possible. This should also be the case for district chairpersons and state officers.
